All Insitely modules are billed transparently, without hidden costs. Every module also has a free, scope-limited pilot, so you can see the result on your own figures before you decide.

Standard pricing
These are the standard rates of Insitely. Insitely for Transactions is billed one-off per client file. Insitely for Reporting and Insitely LITE are billed per client file per month. Choose your module below, check the rates and calculate your price straight away. The pilot conditions and the fair use policy are at the bottom of the page.

Each file gets the price of its position in the tier, counted over the last 12 months (LTM).
Advisory, due diligence and M&A
M&A and corporate finance advisors, transaction services teams at audit and advisory firms, investors and private equity teams, with client files of their clients or their own targets.
Notes
Client file. One transaction, covering one target company or one group (holding with subsidiaries), linked to the accounting package. Every new transaction is a new file. Seller, buyer and advisor work on the same set of figures.
Tiers. Each file gets the price of its position in the tier. That position depends on the number of files you started in the last 12 months (LTM), this file included.
One-off fee. One fee per file, with setup and 6 months of access included. No implementation project: you get started on your own right away. Fair use applies.

Insitely for Reporting / LITE
Per client file per month. Insitely for Reporting offers monthly reporting with a real-time connection to your accounting data. Insitely LITE works on sales and purchase invoices.
Partners
Financial advisors, coaches, accountants, ... with client files for their clients. You pay per active client file per month.
SMEs
Entrepreneurs, companies and CFOs with their own company or group. You pay a fixed amount per client file per month.

Calculate your monthly price
As a partner, enter how many client files you actively use in a month. LITE and Reporting count together for the tier, Reporting first. As an SME, enter how many companies you want to follow, by turnover.
Partners
Financial advisors, accountants and coaches with client files for their clients. You pay per active client file per month.
SMEs
Entrepreneurs, companies and CFOs with their own company or group, on Insitely for Reporting. Insitely LITE is only available through a partner, get in touch and we will find a partner that fits.
Notes
Client file and active client file. A client file is one company with one source package. It is active in every month in which it is refreshed at least once. A client file you do not refresh in a given month costs nothing that month.
Tiers. The tier counts all your active client files together, LITE and Reporting. Reporting files take the first positions, LITE files the positions after. Each file gets the price of its position in the tier, so whoever has more files never pays less in total. Example with 10 Reporting and 10 LITE: 5 × €60 + 5 × €50 + 10 × €20 = €750 per month.
Turnover. Turnover is account 70 of the last filed annual accounts, set on 1 January and applying for the full year. A new client starts at €150 per month until those accounts are known.
Setup. Setup is paid once per client: €299 with Insitely LITE only, €599 once Insitely for Reporting is included. If you start the tool through an Insitely consultancy project, such as a Data Needs Analysis, the setup fee can be waived.
Minimum per month. As a partner you pay a minimum of €90 per month. If your usage is higher, you only pay your usage.
(*) Support is help with technical questions, not training. A partner receives support on the technical setup of their environment, not on the files of their clients.
Fair use. Applies to all modules, see the fair use at the bottom of the page.
Partner prices apply to files of the partner's clients, never to the partner's own company.
Group with consolidation. Each company in the group is a client file of its own, with additional companies at half their price. On top of the companies comes one group file: an extra overarching file in which all companies are consolidated together. Example with 3 companies on Reporting, each from €1 million turnover: €250 + 2 × €125 + €150 = €650 per month.
Pilot conditions
Every module can be tried by invitation, for free and scope-limited (*), before you commit. Nothing is charged during the pilot and no invoice follows. There is no automatic renewal: if you want to continue afterwards, you confirm it yourself through the link in your confirmation email.
Reporting pilot
Free for 3 months. Limited to 1 client file, without setup fee.
LITE pilot
Free for 2 weeks. Limited to 1 client file, without setup fee.
(*) Subject to approval by Insitely BV. Insitely may end a pilot at any time, without giving a reason. Each company is allowed one pilot, for one of the three modules.
Fair use. Applies to all modules. Normal use is up to about 60 to 90 refreshes per client file per month, so 2 to 3 per day. If use is higher, Insitely gets in touch to align.
