Pricing
One price list, three modules.
All Insitely modules are billed transparently, without hidden costs. Every module also has a free, scope-limited pilot, so you can see the result on your own figures before you decide.
All amounts below are excluding VAT. This page is the official Insitely price list, version 202609 (September 2026). By ordering through the customer form, you confirm you have read this price list.
Standard pricing
Insitely for Reporting
EUR 599.00 one-off setup fee per connector, plus EUR 150.00 per month per connector for turnover below EUR 1,000,000, EUR 250.00 per month from EUR 1,000,000, excl. VAT. Turnover is measured on 1 January on the last filed annual accounts and applies for the full year. Annual contract, billed monthly, cancellable yearly. Fair use applies, see the price list. Monthly reporting with a real-time connection to your accounting data.
Insitely Lite
EUR 299.00 one-off setup fee per client, plus EUR 30.00 per occupied slot per month, EUR 25.00 per slot from 5 occupied slots, with a minimum of EUR 90.00 per month, excl. VAT. Annual contract, billed monthly, cancellable yearly. Fair use applies, see the price list. Sales and purchase invoices, through Billtobox or KBO data.
Pilot conditions
Every module can be tried by invitation, for free and scope-limited (*), before you commit. Nothing is charged during the pilot and no invoice follows. There is no automatic renewal: if you want to continue afterwards, you confirm it yourself through the link in your confirmation email.
Transactions pilot
Free. One full pilot case, with 6 months of access, identical in scope to a paid case.
Reporting pilot
Free for 3 months. Limited to 1 connector (no setup fee for 1 client file).
Lite pilot
Free for 2 weeks. Limited to 1 client file, without setup fee.
(*) Subject to approval by Insitely BV. Insitely may end a pilot at any time, without giving a reason. Each company is allowed one pilot, for one of the three modules.
